You must make changes with Quikbook at least 2 business days prior to the date of arrival. Changes or cancellation made later than 3PM, 24 hours of your arrival date will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CHANGES AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR THIS HOTEL MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH QUIKBOOK.
PLEASE NOTE- ALL PREPAY OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS ARE NON-CHANGEABLE, NON- CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ANY CHANGES WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW BOOKING.
How to Cancel
- Go to the homepage of Quikbook.com, click "Change an Existing Reservation" and follow the instructions. (This option is only available if you made your reservation online.)
- Or call (800) 789-9887 and use our automated reservation service. During regular hours, you can talk to a Quikbook.com agent. To cancel by phone, you will need the Quikbook.com Reservation Number we send you.
- To be sure a reservation is completely cancelled, you MUST have a cancellation number from Quikbook.com or the hotel.
