The staff was amazing and so helpful. The concierge was wonderful getting us a good dinner reservation and giving us fun ideas of what to do. Everyone who worked there brought their A-game so that was awesome. The restaurant at the hotel is a delicious hidden gem! As far as the pod size rooms go - the rooms are beyond tiny but you are in a great location if you don`t mind the tiny pod room. The bathrooms were great and even had heated floors! It was a pretty amazing experience at the hotel but the small room size did start making me feel claustrophobic but everything in New York is like that in a way. Great, fabulous location - you can`t get any better!

The people who work at this hotel are outstanding. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The rooms are rather dimly lit, but we would return in a minute!!

We had a girls weekend in NYC and booked four rooms on my recommendation of this hotel. All were very satisfied, and location is excellent.

This small hotel is well-located at Columbus Circle, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and updated. The bathroom is spacious, and very clean.

The hotel has a friendly staff and a stellar location close to Central Park. The rooms are nicely equipped and are well priced.

Room is simple and clean in design and function and a nice size for two people. The bathroom has wonderful heated floors and attractive tile. It is moderately priced and located right across from Columbus Circle subway with 3 lines crossing and next door to Starbucks. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice extra touches - staff had food, beverages, energy bars out for guests heading out early on the morning of the marathon.
