The Ace Hotel is located in the bustling Flatiron NYC District, at the corner of Broadway and 29th Street. This central Manhattan location puts guests within walking distance of Herald Square, the Empire State Building, Times Square and Chelsea. The rest of Manhattan is an easy subway, bus or taxi ride away. Housed in a 12-story hotel built in 1904, the Ace Hotel NYC building is topped with a mansard roof and boasts a detailed lobby. There’s a 24-hour front desk, business center and a fitness center. The guestrooms range from bunk rooms to lofts, and everything in between. The Ace Hotel NYC features some vintage furniture, Mascioni sheets, custom bathrobes and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet service. Many hotel rooms come with guitars, turntables and SMEG refrigerators.Stumptown Coffee Roasters is available in the hotel lobby. The hotel also features The Breslin, an English-Style restaurant opened by the owners of The Spotted Pig. The Breslin's menu focuses on bold, rich flavors. The Ace is also now home to the John Dory Oyster Bar, the perfect spot to get fresh seafood and an old-school oyster bar vibe, whether it be for lunch, dinner, or late-night.

I stay here 30 days a year, the staff is great, they have the best coffee in NYC downstairs and the food at the Breslin is great. Plus it is very convenient. The only downside is that there is nothing else close by for travelers/vacationers.

A very personal hotel. Cool. Nontraditional rooms. Supernice shampoo, soap etc in environmntal friendly big refillable bottles.

While rooms were smallish - they were clean. Service at front desk was super friendly and helpful. And I loved that there was a great coffee shop attached to hotel - makes it easy to get going in the a.m.

Customer service was awesome. The check-in personnel were very nice. Hotel is in a very good location. You have accesibility to trains and cabs. Hotels lounge is pretty good, hotel seems to be the IT place. Decor is very chic. All in all, GREAT stay!!!

The lobby was rocking, seemed like the place to be in NY. The staff were friendly, the room was adorable and the amenities were great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location, great hotel!

Notably hip hotel now. The lobby/bar/restaurant is busy almost all the time these days, cool scene. English breakfast and hot cross buns at the Breslin are fantastic. Stumptown coffee is worth stopping by whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Bunk bed room is what it is but fun nonetheless if you just need a place to rest your bags for a couple days. However, the larger rooms are relatively spacious by NY standards. Having stayed there several times, I will mention that the front desk staff has been very friendly each time. Hotel would very much feel at home on the LES and seems to have the same bohemian feel as the Bowery just less sumptuous/luxurious. Well done.

great coffee, great restaurant for breakfast, everyone there a third of my age. Loved it.
