great, easy, comfortable hotel. My sister and I were in the City together and requested to be on the same floor. We both got an upgrade! The rooms were SO big that both of us could have stayed in one. Suite had micro, fridge, closets... PHILOSOPHY bath products, hot water, quick coffee in the AM. We will be back!

Quite comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Two comments: really slow elevators that seem to have been left out of the reno, and coffee maker in room is a disaster.

The staff were friendly, flexible,and accommodating. I arrived a day before the 19 inch blizzard. They understood my concerns about extending my stay and did so without hesitation, or penalty when I didn`t need it. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Very nice and cheerful service but understaffed for the size of the hotel. Windows open (great!) and inner-courtyard facing rooms are very quiet for NY standards. Room large and bathroom clean and well stocked. Well worth it as long as the price doesnt creep up.

friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room decor, very comfortable bed and loved the down comforter. Bathroom is good sized, for a hotel, very nice toiletries.

A very comfortable, well-located hotel. I would definitely return for both business and pleasure. Only negative aspect was cigarette smoke from another floor came in through the bathroom vent.
