Terribly nice people, very clean room. Extraordinary view from the 21st floor and terrace where they have breakfast.

They didn`t have a standard Queen room ready when I arrived at check-in time so they upgraded me to a King room for the same cost. All staff members were very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything that I needed. I will stay there again.

The doorman was very prompt and helpful, hotel staff are warmth and friendly. The hotel service is good, room is spacious.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was incredibly professional and pleasant, and, without my asking, they offered me a free upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe corner room--a two room suite. The suite was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Another nice feature of the hotel is that it offers 24 hours of underground parking for only 20 dollars--a pittance by NYC standards. Only thing to think twice about is the location, depending on your needs/desires. If you are visiting the upper east side and want a quiet retreat to return to, location is ideal. That may not be the case for someone who wants to feel like they are staying in the heart of the City.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and room very spacious. Bathroom amenities were really good. Only negative point is there is no shops or bars on that part of the street but plenty on the next one. Bus stop right in front of hotel.

The Bentley is a great deal for the cost especially in NYC. But, this stay (I stay there often for business travel), I encountered a few issues and if it had been my first stay, I would not have returned. No heat in the rooms and was given a space heater because the hotel did not want to put on the boiler. A very rude Assistant manager. No wash cloths. No maid service until 5pm one day. On the other hand, they have upgraded the rooms and most of the staff, especially the door and bell staff are very nice and helpful.

I loved this hotel. It was a 3-minute walk to where I needed to be. My room was quiet and immaculate. Staff very friendly. Would definitely re-book.
