Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers

The hotel is ideally located for a visit to Boston and its colleges (the purpose of our visit), the rooms are large and well-done, the staffmembers are helpful and friendly, and all around, it`s a great hotel at a very good price. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Bit of old world feeling. Room was fine but extra rates high.Parking is 44 per day, high even for a big city hotel.Ala carte breakfast is reasonable price, but they tack on $5 for orange juice and $4 for a coffee....good location and good front desk personnel

the hotel was in a great location and the room were very big. I got this hotel for a very cheap price through this website and I was expecting much less than what I got. the beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was a great help.

I stay at the Park Plaza whenever I visit Boston. It is very easy to get to and from the highway and parking is accessible. The location next to the Public Garden is lovely and a subway stop is a block away. Being centrally located makes it easy to walk to many of the sights of Boston. I have stayed in rooms with different layouts and they all have been equipped with comfortable beds and attractive decor. Some have even had two bathrooms - very convenient when traveling with another person needing to get ready at the same time. The staff has been very helpful on the few occasions when I had a problem. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Was very pleased with the mapping of the city by a staff member on where I wanted to go.

The bed was magnificent. Location excellent. Nice building and facilities. However, there was no air conditioning in mid April for Boston Marathon weekend!!! We were not told this until we called after checking in. No offer of a discount or voucher for the restaurants was made. We had to open our window to cool the room and get air flow, which meant we let in noise of traffic, horns, drunks, etc. Also, the walls were paper thin--you could hear conversations in the adjacent room, and light shown in from the hallway. Very disappointing for a hotel of this advertised stature.

Very grand hotel. Room was small but bed was very big and comfortable, so not a problem. bathroom was also small but perfectly formed so again not a problem. If you adjust your expectations this is a great hotel in a fantastic location, which i would highly recommend. Lots of places to eat in the vicinty, and shopping close by, as well as the common and public park which are great to relax in if the weather permits.

Park Plaza is my favorite hotel in Boston. The central location near the Public Gardens and the Arlington T stop makes getting around so easy. I love the deluxe rooms with 2 bathrooms, especially when traveling with teenagers. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. This hotel provides great value at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

Great location, but kind of a stuffy old-fashioned style.
