Will not disappoint

I never write reviews, but was so impressed with the little touches in the guest rooms and the hardwood flooring in the room that I had to rate this hotel. Bryant Park Hotel is really as good as the reviews stay. Will not disappoint

We loved the hotel. Was there for a long weekend to enjoy the city. Did not go to The cellar bar but it had a good crowd. We had dinner at Koi. Food was good and the space was airy and open.

The Bryant Park is in an excellent location for shopping, restaurants and transportation. I travelled in to New York City for business and loved how easy it was to get around town to my meetings. I had a view of the park which was very nice. You could see

Staff was great! (everyone-housekeeping, front desk, doorman, bellmen), room was very comfortable,(Molton Brown bath products), location could not have been better, (across the street from Bryant Park). will certainly be back!

My husband and I spent 6 days over Christmas in NYC. We were delighted with this hotel. The staff were always friendly and helfpul. The room was large and bright. The bed with duvet and plush pillows was wonderful after long days of sightseeing. I loved the spacious bathroom and the Molton Brown room condiments. I had taken our Charlie Brown Christmas CD and so I put it on the Bose while we unpacked. There was lots of storage space for our clothing. The gym was well-equipped and the little bowl of apples was a nice touch. The location was perfect. Just far enough from the crowds of Times Square, but close enough to walk to all the theatres and shops. It is also handy to the subway, lots of Starbucks and Lily OBriens with the yummiest hot chocolate on the planet. Bryant Park, just across the street, is lovely with the skating rink and little craft shops. The Bryant Park Hotel was very much a part of a memorable Christmas in New York!

Could have used a tea/coffee pot in the room. The area leading to the bathrooms on the C Level was very dark. Otherwise satisfactory.

Great location, beautiful property, good size room and friendly, accommodating hotel staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional boutique hotel in the city.

I thought the room was comfortable and very well planned as to layout and amenities.The restaurant,Koi, was not satisfactory for breakfast.
