You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least 4 business days prior to arrival. Within 4 days of arrival , you must cancel with the hotel directly or you will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: This hotel charges a one night deposit for Room and Tax at time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel your reservation at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.

** PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL RESERVATIONS ARRIVING 03/24 - 03/28 2010, 05/27 - 05/31 2010, 12/02 - 12/05 2010. MUST BE CANCELLED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL WITH QUIKBOOK OR 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL.
