The price for this hotel was so good that we were a little hesitant to book but were very happy with it. A basic hotel, no luxuries, but we have paid more for much less. The room and bath were clean and a reasonable size. The location could not be better. Right next to a subway stop -- the red line, 1, 2, and 3. Breakfast, which was quite good, was included in the price. Will definitely stay at the Cosmopolitan again.

Very helpful staff at check in. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet as it was a room in the back of the hotel. There was some waiting time at the lift (only one elevator for 7 floors ). The room was rather warm and we could not make it cooler, but it was a good value for the money. We will go back for sure.

Clean, inexpensive, friendly. Not fancy, maybe a little worn in, and lacking in style, but you can`t beat the price and the location. Not to mention it is near my favorite sushi resteraunt Tokyo Bay, and walking distance to century 21.

It was a very nice, modern and clean hotel. The receptionist upgraded us to a bigger room, it was extremely quiet for New York City, the staff were very friendly.

The location is perfect - really good subway connections, good selection of convenient places to eat with ranges in value. The room was tiny but the bed was comfortable and the room cleaning was at a five-star level. The walls are a bit thin, but when someone turned on their TV at 3am one night, the people at reception dealt with it within a few minutes! The desk service is courteous and unobtrusive although I hardly needed to use them. There is free wi-fi located throughout the hotel as well. I cannot really find fault with it as it was so reasonably priced via quikbook.
