Great value and location. Terrific bed. Upgrade to a corner suite was worth it and not expensive. Room service was excellent, but the lobby pub and penthouse bar were pretty mundane.

Rooms are nice and quite large. Wish they had MSNBC however. Great location.

Great value for centrally located hotel. Nice rooms. My only complaint is that I tried for early check-in (on two different visits) and on both stays they could not get me in. I find it hard to believe that every room in the hotel was either booked or not ready (it has more than 25 floors!). Love the restaurant there, good food and affordable.

Large room (King delux) with partial view of the Chicago skyline. very small unimpressive bathroom, with old tub. Bed was comfortable and online, wifi access was very easy

They upgraded me to a suite when I was not satisfied with the room they originally chose for me. Did not try the room service. Conveniently located 1/2 block from Corner Bakery where the coffee and morning munchies are delicious. Bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. Came with Mac Computer. Very cool!

Room size was adequate. Clean. Nice views. Great location. During the day, construction noise and sirens from the nearby hospital were slightly annoying, but no big deal. Great location. I would stay there again.
