I decided to take my husband to Chicago to celebrate our Anniversary since he's never been there before. We love the Dana! The floor to ceiling windows were amazing and the food at the restaurant was excellent. We also visited the bar for a night cap,

I recently stayed at the Dana Hotel Chicago and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very clean and contemporary. And, the hotel location was right in the thick of things. Each night when we returned we had turn down service and nice music playing in the background. I would definitley stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed Dana Hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room (corner room) had great views, clean, well appointed with nice spa shower. B and W Zeppelin Ipod speaker was nice modern touch. Roof top bar was happening. Simple, tho fresh and tasty complimentary continental breakfast. Was not put off by not being on Michigan Avenue. Will stay there next time visiting chicago.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice. My only complaint would be that the lobby is small and not much room to lounge. One basically must be in their room or eating in the restaurant or bar. The breakfast was adequate but wait staff could be more organized. I would return without hesitation.

This hotel is amazing! I reserved my room for the Fourth of July weekend with no problems. Came for check-in and was upgraded from a room with one bed to a room wit two with no charge and no hassle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was tremendous and the glass floor to ceiling shower is an amenity that is unrivaled! Blackout shades were great for those sleep-in mornings!

The hotel was in a great location, two blocks from the red line, two blocks from Michigan Avenue and right about in the middle of the downtown area. The hotel staff was pleasant. The rooms were very nice, large, and comfortable. We were on teh 22nd floor and you could hear the music playing on the rooftop lounge each night, which was four floors above us. Additionally they provide a continental breakfast, which was very good sliced fruit and a fresh warm basket with croissants, cinnamon rolls and danish. The first morning, Friday, everything went smooth. The second morning, Saturday, they were very busy and there wasnt enough wait staff and they were skimping on the fruit, only one cup for two people, and only one croissant and one cinnamon bun total. They were running out of everything.

The Dana is new, centrally located, easy parking, nice health club, restaurant and lounge. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice. But many rooms only have showers. Also, be sure to ask for a room on a high floor on the north or west sides. Rooms on east/south have a LOT of street noise.

My husband and I loved the Dana Hotel and Spa. He asked for a corner room and we did get it. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We have been coming to Chicago a long time and have stayed in many high end hotels but this was by far the best. The staff at the Dana were wonderful. I will be telling our friends and family to please book at the Dana and we will be back!!!
