Hotel is well located. Lobby is super nice, but the rooms are old, dingy and no reflecting the qaulity associated with Double Tree...Thank God, staff is ultra nice and quick to respond to any demand. Also clean crew is slow, our room was never done before 4pm (we always when out at 9am) and they clean the corridors at 10pm... with vacuum and everything...

WE RESERVED A 2 BED ROOM (2 ADULTS AND 1 TEN YEAR OLD) FOR 229 PER NIGHT AND WERE UPGRADED ON ARRIVAL TO A JR. SUITE

The personnel at Doubletree were great - friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a jr. Suite. The free breakfast was excellent. Can`t say enough about this hotel.

Great location. Friendly front staff, very accomodating. Only there for one night to sleep, so did not use any facilities.Clean.

Good sized room and updated furnishings and bathroom. Location, Location, Location this hotel gives you the luxury of midtown mahanttan but subway is right at its doorstep. Also very safe as NPD and NFD precincts are right around the corner. When you check out though double check your bill because they tried charging us an extra 45 dollars but took care of it ASAP. Stay at this hotel it is is a good value.

The Doubletree was as comfortable as always. Friendly staff that makes you feel at ease and helps with any issues that might arise.
