This is a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable.Most notable is the excellent customer service! The front desk staff is not only helpful but goes the extra mile!

Fine hotel and the right downtown location for my meetings. Didn't have enough time to really check out anything in particular but would certainly recommend

Booked this hotel at the very last minute. Felt the price was too high for what the quality but couldn’t be too picky at the last minute. Would try again if the price was around $200 - $250 I think

Very quiet relative to most NY hotels, clean. Great if you just need a clean, quiet room to stay in. Negatives were it`s getting a little worn overall; trendy bathroom sink faucet next to useless but worked.
