Location, location, location. Great for getting around both by walking and by subway. We had an A/C problem and were moved without any problems. The bed and bathroom were highlights within the room. All very comfortable and functional. The receptionists were great.

The concierge service was great. He helped us find several first class restaurants wihtin easy walking distance from the hotel. Other staff were also helpful and looked like all the staff enjoyed being employed there.

I have stayed at the Fitzpatrick Grand Central on many occasions and the beds are incredibly comfortable , the Wheeltapper restaurant is great and the location cannot be beat. A great choice for a small hotel with cheerful service.

Have stayed at both Fitzpatrick locations and both are beyond reproach (and I and extremely critical). Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is charming, clean, and the beds are so comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are large. Great restaurant and secret garden bar area. Best deal in NYC!

Great service from specific individuals at the hotel front desk. Great location. The room needs a larger drawer for clothes and the hallways rugs need to be redone.
