Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Flatiron Hotel

You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least 4 business days prior to arrival. Within 4 days of arrival , you must cancel with the hotel directly or you will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation before 4:00 pm, 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.

Holiday/Special Event Deposit Policy: 50% Deposit

PLEASE NOTE- ALL PREPAY OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS ARE NON-CHANGEABLE, NON- CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ANY CHANGES WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW BOOKING.

How to Cancel

• Go to the homepage of Quikbook.com, click "Change an Existing Reservation" and follow the instructions. (This option is only available if you made your reservation online.)
• Or call (800) 789-9887 and use our automated reservation service. During regular hours, you can talk to a Quikbook.com agent. To cancel by phone, you will need the Quikbook.com Reservation Number we send you.
• To be sure a reservation is completely cancelled, you MUST have a cancellation number from Quikbook.com or the hotel.
