The room and bathroom were clean and nicely appointed. Helpful and friendly staff too. A great location as well. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was small but clean, quiet & comfortable. The location was perfect as my son lives on First Ave. The F train is a block away, as is Whole Foods. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT location! Wonderful front desk. Arrived at hotel with my sister, having booked a double/double room. Told that they had no more of that room type, but had given us 2 separate rooms for the same price...amazing! The rooms are outstanding. Comment that the entryway outside the front door is dangerously uneven. The tiny lobby is dreary and a poor representation of the accomodations. This is a no-service hotel with comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms. Suggest asking for a room OFF E. Houston which is rather noisy.

This is a small, Euopean style hotel. There is no food on premises, but given wehr it is it is completely unnecessary. It is also very cloe to a subway stop.The staff was gracious, rooms and bathrooms were small but very nicely equipped and comfortable. I would return. Having a hotel like this in this particular location is great.
