Friendly and Helpful Staff

Very friendly staff. As I waited my turn to talk to someone at the desk (I needed to find a pharmacy), another employee on the floor walked up and offered to help. And she knew where the closest drug store was located. The room was very nice (I appreciated the free Internet connection), and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast (included in my rate) was excellent. Having stayed in many places in New York, this is certainly up there for excellent value for money. Would definately stay there again.


Larger than average rooms

The Radisson is typical of an upper-level New York hotel operated by a chain. Larger than average room, quiet, well-equipped, and with two windows (and a window in the large bathroom). The flat-screen television was tricky to operate via the remote control, and the bedside radio so complicated, with tiny buttons, that I gave up trying to turn it on or set the alarm.

The Radisson Lexington was a standard tourist class NY hotel. Rooms were good sized for the price. Sleep number beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were outdated.

All of the employees from the manager to the bell boys were helpful, curtious and pilote!! I would definitely stay there again!
