The view on the Park is so beautiful that you forget easily that the rooms badly need some refurbishing (poor lights,old bathroom).

A great location with very friendly staff and a beautiful dining room overlooking Central Park.

Great location, helpful staff. No check in until 3pm which is a bit late. Some rooms/bathrooms need a facelift, and did not get night turn down service which I have had before. Would give it a solid 3+ rating maybe even a little higher.

greeted nicely by front desk and given an upgrade...room was wonderful and service was excellent and you cannot argue about the hotellocation!
