Cancellation and Deposit Policy

You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least eight business days prior to arrival. The hotel requires a cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival date before 3 pm EST for Sunday - Thursday stays; 72 hours prior to arrival date before 3 pm EST for any stay on Friday and/or Saturday; 5 days prior to arrival date before 3 pm EST if reservation is between 5 - 7 nights long; or 7 days prior to arrival date before 3pm EST if stay is 7 nights or longer.

Please Note: All reservations booked for 1/1/12 - 2/29/12 have a special cancellation policy of 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

PLEASE NOTE that all PREPAY reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be changed, cancelled, or modified. The credit card name MUST MATCH the name under the reservation in order to receive the pre-paid discount. The credit card and photo ID must be presented upon check-in. If this reservation is to be paid by a third party, please contact Hotel Giraffe directly to receive a Credit Card Authorization form. If the third party does not send back the form by the arrival date, the reservation will not be pre-paid and is not subject to the discount.
