love that there is hardwood floor in the rooms, as I am allergic to dust and have trouble breathing with carpeting in the room

Good location and all the amenities needed either for the business or sightseeing trip including the fitness center and the rooftop restaurant.Rooms adequately furnished and fair sized for NYC standards Staff corteous and helpfull

Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Keurig coffee maker a hit. Hardwood floors great for allergy sufferer ie moi.

Centrally located. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was bland and expensive. The rooftop bar could be improved upon and make it a "happening" place. This is our second stay and will be back.

The Hotel Indigo Chelsea is a great hotel, centrally located, the rooms are surprisely spacioua for a "boutique hotel" and well appointed. Everyone from the doormen to the front desk attendants are extremely pleasant and helpful. A must stay!

Centrally and conveniently located. Friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious and clean rooms for the price. Attentive and prompt house keeping. Breakfast is pricey. Rooftop bar is good idea for night cap but poorly executed. Could use more inviting furnishings

Location of the hotel is wonderful - close to Penn Station and subway stops. The room was smallish, but perfect, and nicely decorated. We LOVED the free wi-fi. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only downsides were that you could hear the noise from the street and the shower sprayed water all over the floor. If the shower wall was just a foot longer, this would not be a problem. Overall, a great stay!
