Great room/bathroom. Temperpedic beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet a steal. Drinks at the bar expensive and lousy, maybe we had a bad bartender.

The room was very nice and the location was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be the noise from the nightclub on the first floor. Better soundproofing of the rooms would be very nice.

It was a great experience I love it so much I did not want to leave. This hotel has everything you could imagine and more. The food was great and the staff was friendly must say that it is a very relaxing hotel and the view is incredible.

great hotel! nice staff, awesome room, great location if you are into cool little bars and restaurants. must go to clinton street bakery - BEST breakfast I have ever had!

Room was ready for early check in, nice staff, left mini cupcakes and cookies in room, yummy. Room was great. The handle of the bathroom door fell off, but no other major problems. Ipod dock on radio didnt work but they sent up engineer with new one in 10 mins.

This is a wonderful property in a great location on the lower East Side. The rooms are comfortable and absolutely quiet,you literally hear nothing from adjacent rooms or hallways. It was particularly quiet during our last stay because of the holiday weekend, but that also allowed us to get a complimentary room upgrade which was very nice. One change since our last stay is that the hotel now charges for the continental breakfast buffet. I didnt realize this and did not ask for breakfast tickets at check in. Modest cost but still a surprise.
