If you are going to be staying in this general area as I did for business I strongly recommend the Kitano! The Service is professional and accommodating. Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Try to get one of the corner rooms premier rooms. Lovel

A wonderful find on a great block! I actually felt like I was somewhere other than New York when I was at the Iroquois. I am rarely impressed by a hotel, but this one was a great experience

Excellent boutique hotel. Close to everything for a first time tourist, we walked everywhere. Classic Room was cozy in size but was expected. Amenities in the room was top-notch. Very comfortable bed, high end linens and toiletries, flat-screen TV, IPOD dock, DVD player and DVD can be borrowed, safe and small closet, mini bar/fridge, free internet access. Fresh coffee in the a.m. in lobby, hot apple cidar through the day. Restaurant on site. Nice fitness room with good equipment. Lots of restaurants, delis, drug stores in the area. Service all through the hotel was great. Being a small hotel, we were recognized all through our stay. Overall great stay in very clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe area.

The Iroquois is a gracious old hotel with up to date amenities. The room was small but not too small. The bathroom was well equipped. The hotel was very quiet. We were on the sixth floor. I requested early check-in and the hotel complied with my request. The location is very convenient to transportation, theaters, restaurants etc.

This hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable, newly appointed and very clean. The staff was helpful and eager to please their guests. The location can not be beat. The queen room is small but well equiped, the deluxe king is perfect, very spacious for NYC standards.
