Jolly Hotel Madison Towers is a charming Italian Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Manhattan on Madison Ave at 38th Street, within walking distance from the Empire State Building, Fifth Ave shopping, Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station, Times Square and Broadway and only 1.3 miles from the Javits Convention Center. All rooms include marble bathroom, high speed internet, cable TV with HBO, on demand movies, mini-bar, iron and ironing board and individually controlled room temperature. The Deluxe rooms are the ultimate in design, located on the top floors, several have a breathtaking view of the Empire State Building. The Superior rooms (approximately 250 sqf) and the Standard Rooms (approximately 214 sqft) feature a traditional European design with handcrafted furnishings.The hotel also features concierge service, safe deposit boxes, and valet parking. Caffe’ Buongiorno features a daily buffet breakfast, and the Whaler Bar is located off the Jolly Hotel Madison Towers lobby.

Great customer service. Smallish room, but its New York for 109 dollars! Comfortable queen bed, good sized bathroom, clean. Only con--paid Internet. I understand the room rates are quite low, but in this day and age, paid wireless internet is not cool.

This is a lovely hotel. It is beautiful, clean and upscale. The service is excellent and the location is primo. I will stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

I was at the Jolly Hotel for 9 nights, and at first, was given a tiny room and bathroom, which was unacceptable for a long stay and for another guest who was joining me for 2 nights.I did let them know I was not happy and although it took 3 more nights, I was moved to a Junior suite which was terrific. The front desk people were very nice about it and the stay there turned out to be very enjoyable.The location there is excellent, convenient to all transportation.

I`m a repeat customer so I knew that the location suits my needs. The bathroom is spectacularly clean. The bed is comfortable. The only negative is the heat. The room was way too hot and I couldn`t find the heat control. I opened the window and that solved the problem.

A good place to stay in Midtown. Staff was pleasant and we had no issues, although we could not control heating in bathroom which was too hot. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the dining options. Nice views from the rooms on the 15th floor, and having windows that open is always more pleasant.

We had a perfectly comfortable, slightly shabby chic room. Nice amenities in the form of mini-bar and good toiletry products. Our room on the corner of Madison and 38th had amazing views.
Needs new bedspreads

While the standard rooms are neat and clean,the spreads need to be replaced, and the banging pipes cause quite a bit of noise. They no longer include their buffet breakfast. It now costs 22 dollars. The staff is lovely and helpful.

We got a free upgrade to a junior suite at check-in. The room was nice with a small separate sitting room. Large bathroom with separate tub and shower, smallish flat screen TV, and well stocked but pricey fridge completed the package. Valet parking but no CD player in room and an on-site bar.
