Great Location, Perfect for 1

The location is excellent. The room was considered small by past reviewers but it is fine for one person, very comfortable and not as small as other New York hotels with single rooms. Would definitley stay again. The only really annoying feature is the hold on your card for amenities...the majority of people have cell phones, there was no refrigerator stocked or otherwise and I believe no room service. Moreover, I never use these so-called ammenities.

The hotel is newly and smartly renovated. At the discount price it was a great deal even for a very small but very comfortable room.

A perfectly pleasant, mid-range boutique hotel. There`s not a lot in the way of amenities (no restaurant or room service, no minibars, minimal bar) but the mid-range queen room was spacious enough for two. Everything is new, but not luxury (low-end towels). Bed was comfortable, and plenty of HD channels. No view. Quiet location and if you like to walk, pretty accessible to most of midtown. Overall a good value.

I was very impressed because booking online thinking you think you will get a lower quality hotel, but it was nice. I like to check my football scores and the computer was right in the lobby. Everything was great.

Have stayed twice at this hotel...great location, rooms clean, nice bedding. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only down side to the single rooms was the bathroom which had sink, shower and toilet all in one open space but the double rooms had sufficient counter space and separate stall shower. But even with this will stay again, a great deal for NYC!
