Without a doubt the best hotel I have stayed in in Boston. The accommodation is spectacular, the location superb and the staff were, without exception,attentive, professional and very helpful.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever felt - ditto the sheets and duvet. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, especially the bellmen, but the front desk also took time for questions or queries without making you feel rushed, as most front desk people do. The bathroom was small, that is my only slightly negative comment, but it was fine. The Aveda products were a nice touch, as was the rug on the floor. Free water was a plus as well. Location, well, you cannot get any better.
