The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are all kind, considerate and courteous. The only complaint I have is no in-room coffee and no ice maker. Other than that my stay was perfect.

Excellent location - near subways, the Highline, Chelsea Market, lots of other great restaurants, good shops and people watching. La Bottega restaurant and bar in hotel is wonderful. Customer service was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was wonderful - Ipod charger in alarm clock, great shower, large window that opens, nice toiletries and robe. Hair dryer could have been better.

Small room, but clean, cozy and enjoyable. Has all the comforts you need in a NYC hotel room.

Delightful hotel. The standard room is quite small but beautifully and efficently designed like a yacht cabin. Sophisticated, playful design. Festive courtyard cafe. The large porthole window opens. In a pinch you can sleep a third person on the 5 foot round foam rubber window plug which the hotel stores behind the curtains in case you need to block out street noise. Fun neighborhood.

Hotel is well equipped. We asked for a room on an upper floor to avoid the late night disco noise and the hotel obliged. Unfortunately this particular room did not have any drawer space. Otherwise the room was fine. The very best thing about Maritime is the personnel----all were uniformly cordial and helpful---among the best we have ever encountered.
