The front lobby staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous to a person. The room was small but beautifully appointed and freshly renovated. The bathroom was stylish and replete with the small details. We would certainly come back!

Nice place and not a bad location. Bar and restaurant were both good and the rooms were nicely appointed. I would stay here again.

Although an older property, the hotel has a great location. My room was small, but well appointed. The lobby bar was very busy. My only negative comment is that the service in the retaurant at breakfast was very slow. On weekends it is not a problem, but on a work day, it was.

Room was a bit small for two but very nicely decorated. Classy atmosphere, piano in lobby with wonderful bar. Service was excellent. Business center ok, could be better.

Hotel looks recently refurbished with very attractive rooms, large flat panel TVs,and very functional bathroom amenities. Service by hotel staff was excellent. Overnight parking charge at fifty dollars seemed high but may be appropriate for the times.

Beautiful renovated space in a great part of the Gold Coast. However, there were no drawers for clothing in the room. Kind of clumsy. Other than that, however, it was great. Extremely efficient people, good food. We will return.
