we took our 8 yr old to NYC this weekend and the location was excellent ! time Square was just steps away so we could go back and forth to the roomeasily, not to mention the huge Toys R Us close by! the rooms were very nice and clean, not as small as I expected from the writeups. The only down side was that the satellite tv wouldnt play the kids stations for some reason so my son was bored in the room at night and in the am.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and our room was clean and well-appointed. The Times Square location was great - we only had to walk a few blocks to the theater. I especially enjoyed the Library Bar - great drinks, delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back for my next Broadway trip!

Excellent location, friendly staff and a very relaxing laid back atmosphere in the hotel which was a nice contrast with the hustle bustle of Times Square on the doorstep. Dean and Deluca deli next door was an added bonus !

Great location althought I was afraid it would be noisy, being right on Times Square but not at all. Room was VERY small but clean. Linens are crisp the way I like them. OK for a quick overnight.

Excellent position, renovated rooms - small but tastefully and cleverly decorated in black, white, grey and red. clean, serviced daily, helpful staff.

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews that I would be staying in a construction site. I was pleasently suprised by the quality of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room to be well appointed with the look and feel of a boutique hotel. While my single room was not huge, it was larger then rooms I`ve stayed in at other NYC hotels. The location is convenient for all tourist activites and transit with access to all the subway lines within blocks. I would definitely stay at the Paramount again.

Nice, clean, tidy, stylish, well equipped rooms with great HDTV and secure wifi internet (for a fee) in a great location just off Times Square. Then again, the rooms are tiny - but that is standard for New York.
