Cancellation/Change Policy for the following Special Event Dates in 2011- Feb 17-20; Mar 8-17; Mar 24-27; May 27-30; Dec 1-4; Dec 30-Jan 02,2012. Deposit Policy: A first night's room and tax deposit is due and payable at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to arrival and the first night's deposit will be retained. Late cancellation and No show penalty equals the full value of the reservation (incl. tax).

Changes are subject to a $ 50.00 administration fee. Early Departure Policy: Reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the reservation (including taxes)

Cancellation/Change Policy for the following Low Season Dates in 2011: Jan 2-Feb 16, Feb 31-Mar 7; Mar 18-23; Mar 28-May 26; May 31-Nov 30; Dec 5-29. Deposit Policy: A first night's room and tax deposit is due and payable at time of booking. This deposit is refundable less a $25 administration fee in case the reservation is cancelled up until 3 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation and no show penalty equals the first night’s room and tax deposit. Changes are subject to a $ 25.00 administration fee.
