Quikbook.com Privacy Policy
Quikbook.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the
information we ask of you to make it as easy and secure as possible
for you to book hotel rooms.
If we make changes to the Policy, (which we may do) we will post them
here. By using the Quikbook.com Site, you signify your acceptance of
this Privacy Policy. Similarly, if you use the Site after we have made
changes to the Policy, your use of the site signifies your acceptance
of the changed terms.
We only request personal information for these specific purposes.
To make a reservation, you need to register by creating
My Quikbook File
containing your full name, email address, your business or home address,
credit card number and expiration date. You only need to enter this
information once. It is stored securely in My Quikbook File, which can
only be accessed with the User Name and Password you create. For added
security, your credit card information is encrypted as it's stored in
our database. We use your information to send you confirmations and any
other news about your reservation.
If you check the Yes button in My Quikbook File
to receive email updates about rates and hotels, we will use the
email address you provide to deliver them. Every one of these
emails includes instructions about how to stop receiving them.

If you submit comments about a hotel, we'll ask for your
email address. It's for our confirmation only. If we post your
comments on the Website, your name or email address will never be revealed.
If you enter a contest or other promotion, we want to be
able to notify you if you win, so we may ask you to supply your
name, address and email address.
We protect your personal information.
When you make a hotel reservation with Quikbook or look at the
information stored in My Quikbook File, you are using our
secure server. All information you enter is encrypted using
the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before it
passes over the Internet to us. We take your trust seriously
and guard your data from unauthorized access at all times.
Nobody else will ever see your personal information.
Quikbook.com doesn't sell, trade or rent your information to anybody.
If you make a reservation at a hotel through Quikbook we forward to
that hotel the same information it would request if you booked
directly. Sometimes we may provide aggregate statistics about our
customers, but nothing with information that allows you to be
identified personally. Quikbook may release information if we believe,
in good faith, that doing so is reasonably necessary to (i) comply
with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of our user agreements
or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Quikbook.com,
our users or others.
Update or delete personal information at any time.
Just log in to
My Quikbook File using your Login Name and Password.
Go to the section called Update Your Personal Profile. Make your
changes then click on the Update Profile button at the end of the
form. If you would like to have your information deleted entirely,
please email us at
webmaster@quikbook.com.
Stop receiving emails from Quikbook at any time.
If you agreed to receive emails from us about rates
and hotels, there are three ways to stop receiving them.
- At the bottom of every email, we provide
instructions about how to opt out.
- You can log in to My Quikbook File, go to
Update Your Personal Profile, check the No
button at the end of the profile, then click
the Update Profile button.
- Or go to www.quikbookoptout.com.
"Cookies" help us improve your experience.
Quikbook.com uses temporary cookies to hold information during your
reservation session as you move from screen to screen. We do not
use cookies to collect or store information on you, your bookings,
or your computer.
