Quality Inn & Suites New Orleans

You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least 2 business days prior to arrival. Within 2 days of arrival, you must cancel with the hotel directly or you will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation 24 hours before 3:00 pm prior to the day of arrival.

Special Cancellation Periods
The first night & tax penalty will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival during these dates: 8/05/11- 8/08/11, 12/30/11-01/01/12, 2/10/12-2/11/12, 3/29/12-4/02/12

cancellation is required within 30 days prior to arrival for arrivals 11/25/11-11/26/11, 1/06/12-1/09/12, 2/17/12-2/21/12, 4/26/12-4/28/12, 5/03/12-05/05/12; a deposit/guarantee of first night & tax is also required during these time periods.

How to Cancel

• Go to the homepage of Quikbook.com, click "Change an Existing Reservation" and follow the instructions. (This option is only available if you made your reservation online.)
• Or call (800) 789-9887 and use our automated reservation service. During regular hours, you can talk to a Quikbook.com agent. To cancel by phone, you will need the Quikbook.com Reservation Number we send you.
• To be sure a reservation is completely cancelled, you MUST have a cancellation number from Quikbook.com or the hotel.
