We booked two suites at this hotel. Overall, the rooms were very nice, spacious and clean, each with one king bed and a sofabed in a separate living area. We were told upon booking that each room would have 2 beds, but we were okay with the fact that that turned out to have 1 king bed and 1 sofabed. The staff was courteous and professional. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioning in one of our suites was poor and it was a VERY hot weekend.

An excellent four star boutique hotel and through Quickbook a great value. A great location one block off Michigan Avenue. One small downside the bar is expensive and if you order any snacks they come from the restaurant next door whish is even more expensive. A small cheese plate was 24 dollars.

I was a little worried at first, given the great rates, but pleasantly suprised soon after arrival. Raffaello staff was pleasant and quickly upgraded our room at the same price. The "suite" was gorgeous - very hip and extremely spacious. The contemporary feel was right down our alley. The hotel`s location is perfect. My husband and I walked everywhere. We experienced rainy weather on one day, and quickly walked accross the street to the Water Tower mall. We found everything we needed and stayed dry. A late night dinner atop the John Hancock Building was melerely a stone`s throw away. Overall, the Raffaello was the perfect choice for us. We have already discussed a return to this superb city and this outstanding hotel. Thank you all for a pleasant stay at the Raffaello!

Room was huge and excellent value for the money. Nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. Only problem was HVAC fan (loud) had to be on in order for room to be kept at comfortable (warm enough)temperature. Could benefit from updated or quieter heating units. Overall though, I would highly recommend this property as boutique quality at chain-hotel price.

Excellent value. Close to Michigan Avenue. Attractive, comfortable room. Only drawback, small lobby and they charge for internet service.

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. A great quiet location. The rooms are rather small but perfect for a short visit. We would definitely consider staying there again. We needed to change our reservation and both the hotel and Quikbook were very responsive and accommodated our needs.

Nice sized rooms, great location, only a block from Michigan Ave. and a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.
