You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least four business days prior to arrival. Within four days of arrival, you must cancel with the hotel directly or you will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
