My one night stay here was fabulous. Luxuriously comfortable bed and pillows, a wonderful rain showerhead, a little balcony, HD TV, Keurig coffeemaker, free wireless internet, and a delicious room service breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.
A Class Act All The Way . . .

I couldn`t imagine staying anywhere else! They were a class act from the second I pulled up. My flight was delayed for 3 hours and by the time I got there it was almost midnight. I must have been the last guest to arrive that night with a reservation so when I walked in they immediately greeted me by my last name and said they’ve been expecting me. I had a surprised look on my face, along with a disgusted travel day face on, because I was late and my friends were waiting for me on the rooftop bar there. I told him that I was going to just dump my luggage and meet up with my friends on the rooftop. He said, no need -- I`ve upgraded your room to a larger one with a view and the porter would simply take my luggage up to my room if I just wanted to go straight to the bar. Awesome customer service, lots of electrical sockets right next to the bed for my electronics, a Keurig with coffee and cream in the room, a comfy bed, awesome rainshower and free wifi????? You just don`t see that any more. It`s a perfect spot. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it.

I booked this hotel on secret sale so was very nervous about it. The hotel is wonderful. So much space and the floor to ceiling windows were definitely a plus. I also liked the neighborhood a lot. I would have liked to have a bathtub but the rainshower

Perfect location! We walked north for nightlife on Rush street, walked south for theater. Great restaurants nearby. We travel to Chicago twice a year and this is one of our favorite places to stay. This visit we brought friends who had never stayed over night and our rooms were arranged across from each other, with friends getting an upgrade and being dazzled by the views from their wrap around windows on the 23rd floor. Excellent value.
