Room was very clean..being a trip to the city having a storage room available before check in and after checkout was very convienent and let us have more time on our trip. All the service staff was very helpfull and polite

I will stay here again since the rate was good and the location is great. The staff was very friendly and the bar in the lobby was nice. Ask for a room that is quiet as the front lower floors can have a good bit of street noise. Plenty of places to eat close by.

This hotel is convenient to everything. Great staff. Huge rooms with good baths. The WiFi is free and it works!

The Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. I was even upgraded on arrival to a larger room with a very comfortable bed.

It is nice, but personally don`t believe it deserves this many stars. The room was in need of a make over. It was a decent sized, quiet room and offered a slight view of Empire State Building. It was definately worth the price we paid.

The rooms were a nice size and clean, however facing the street side was very noisy. Be sure to ask for an interior room if available when you book.

The hotel felt low key and comfortable without any sign of pretentiousness (a great plus for me). We not only got a super low rate (almost half of the usual hotel rate) but we were also up-graded to an even better room. Breakfast choices were reasonably priced and varied.

It`s a modern hotel with updated features. The hot water gets hot fast. The hotel offers nice amenities like good sheets, Philosophy soaps, and free Wi-Fi. The location was also great being super close to 42nd Street and the rest of midtown.

Very pleased with amenities and condition of room, as well as great location and friendly/helpful front desk staff. For coffee/tea drinkers, a free coffee maker with coffee supplies and tea bags can be delivered to your room. Some comments on review sites mention street noise, but I only heard an occasional siren.

Very comfortable beds and the rooms are larger than average for NYC. The noise level at night was not a problem at all. Some reviewers mentioned the loud noise from the bar off the hotel lobby. On the 7th floor, it wasn`t a problem at all. Not many hotel amenities, and no computer room or business center. The restaurant is overpriced and mediocre. All in all, I was pleased. Very good value for NYC.
