Quick and friendly room service, clean lg comfortable room and bath. Impersonal almost rude front desk, same for restaurant although after nine days the restaurant knew me and became friendlier. Overall I dont think they put much into their guest relations as far as making one feel welcome

Location was real good. Quite, relatively speaking! Comfortable bed and nice size room with a couch. They have free wi-fi in the lobby only, and not in the rooms! My room was located next to a noisy laundry drop which disrupted my relaxing stay. This hotel does have washers/dryers in the basement, which was very good.

There is a pillow menu. Try the magnet therapy pillow - it got rid of the pain in my neck. Also, go to have a cocktail on the rooftop bar. The view is awesome- view of both Empire State and Chrysler buildings.

A great stay at the SECRET SALE - Deluxe Murray Hill, New York. Quiet, comfortable, excellent location. Staff was helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel. Small, quiet, understated, yet very nice and clean. Rooms are modern and quite large by NYC standards. Awesome rooftop bar and patio! Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. We arrived at 10am and they allowed us an early check-in, and the day we left, gave us a late check-out. Very accommodating, to say the least.
