Great hotel. Front counter personnel were very friendly and helpful and room amenities were good. Like the Keurig in the room. You are right behind the Port Authority but there is a subway stop at the end of the street and many other hotels in the vicinity. Nice place, will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice, neighborhood seedy. Was not happy that I left room at 9 with sign to have housekeeping make up the room and it was not done by almost 2 in the afternoon. Had to leave and come back.

We had a very nice weekend at this hotel. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff were extremely cordial and helpful. The hotel is clean and neat with bathrobes and chocolate treats on your pillows at night. You are greeted with a welcome note and brownie. The complimentary coffee and ice tea were great TOO!!!
