Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accomadating. They hace redone the hotel so the rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.

This was the friendliest most helpful staff at every level I have ever encountered in New York City. The room was also super comfortable and the location was convenient to everything.

I would say this hotel is on the border of Murray Hill area so easy walk over to many West Side favorite spots too. Lovely hotel
