everything was exactly what we needed. only thing was I booked sheraton through quickbook for 3 nights but they checked me out a day early for some reason. I spoke with the clerk and they took care of it within minutes. Besides that quickbook and sheraton are both highly recommended!!!

I enjoyed my stay and while the room was small it was comfortable. Everyone was very nice but I had to call twice to get the safe opened and room service mixed up my late meal order. However, I would stay there again; it was a good experience.

Great location, couple blocks to Time Square, Rockefeller Plaza and Central Park...helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, great after a long day of sightseeing!

The hotel location was perfect. The hoetel service was responsive from check-in to special requests. Security by the elevators was a plus.
