Excellent security with key activated elevators. Perfect location for intimate restaurants, amazing shopping and people watching. Front door Bellmen wasn`t as helpful, but rest of staff were attentive and helpful

Sofitel service is amazing, everyone is there to make your stay more than pleasant. Stayed in the Sofitel in Chicago too and never have had better service.

We love the Sofitel and cannot wait for the new bar/lounge area to open. I do wish they offered free wireless in the rooms as many other hotels do.

Centrally located, tastefully appointed, and extremely comfortable place to stay in Philadelphia. Friendly/helpful staff--upscale without being stuffy or pretentious. Loved the room (junior suite) and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Sofitel. Got a terrific rate for a junior suite (including breakfast for 2) on Quikbook, and fully appreciated the quiet, comfort, and style of the hotel. Excellent location, friendly/attentive service from all staff, within walking distance of major sights and/or public transportation. Comfortable bar for a late afternoon drink, extremely comfortable bed/linens, and first-rate amenities (like shampoo and soap). We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Fantastic views from the upper floors. Wonderful, attentive service at a reasonable price. Well-located for Amtrak and shopping.

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and are always satisfied with the design, style, service and amenities of this hotel. Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, convenient to major galleries. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-lighted for reading. Beautiful bathrooms with separate tubs and glass showers. Great breakfast buffet in Chez Collette on weekends. Only complaint is low water pressure in the showers.

Since I was a member of Sofitel they gave us two chits for drinks at the bar and Godiva truffles at night - Love the bathrooms in this hotel - also location is everything. We ate brunch both days and the service in the restaurant was amazingly kind and helpful - the food was very very good - The woman in charge of rooms really helped us out big time - we were two couples and she did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.
