Check in was quick. Property is well maintained. Excellent location. Guest services werer used only once but staff was very responsive.

Great hotel in so many ways such as location, the bar, but the room was very small and cramped for 2 people.

Bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows! Location was perfect. TV/cable was really fuzzy and express check out via TV did not work.

Very good service, quick access to elevators and to hotel doors, not crowded as large hotels.

Good sized room especially for ny, cool hotel, great bar/breakfast area and location. concierge needs some training

The staff is much friendlier than they were when hotel first opened years ago. Felt much more comfortable now. Rooms are just as small as I remembered, but clean. I actually had a room with a view which made it far less claustrophobic.
