Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. However, staff was not welcoming or very attentive - ignored my request for early check-in, and in fact ignored me completely during my several hour wait in the lobby. Also, no coffee in rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a king suite. The suite was more than spacious and I am sure not representative of a standard NYC King room...

no frills, but adequate. Friendly staff that doesn`t hover. Rooms are especially adequate in size and cleanliness. Good work surfaces, except bathroom had virtually no counter space for wife`s make-0up paraphanalia. Service is good. Great location in Murray Hill area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was spacious by NYC standards and was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend the St. Giles.

Very surprised and pleased with this hotel located in the heart of Murray Hill. Room was larger than most NY hotel rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Only negative was charge of $16 per day for the internet.

Very clean and roomy, great staff and in great location to all points of interest. Walking distance to Empire State Bldg, Central Park and Time Square (maybe 10 blocks) Will be happy to book this hotel again!!!!

The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, with wonderful linens. In addition, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The location is ideal and within walking distance to terrific eating places. Only downside was that only one elevator worked, but a small price to pay for a terrific hotel.

Front Desk personnel was very helpful. I was given a very quiet room on the 16th floor which I had a great sleep over the night without noise
