You must make changes or cancellations with Quikbook at least two business days prior to arrival. Within two days of arrival, you must cancel with the hotel directly or you will be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation before 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED FOR A SUPERIOR KING ROOM BETWEEN: OCTOBER 27, 2010 AND NOVEMBER 8, 2010. CANCELLATIONS FOR THESE RESERVATIONS IS REQUIRES NO LATER THAN 4PM, 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ARRIVAL.

PLEASE NOTE- ALL PREPAY OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS ARE NON-CHANGEABLE, NON- CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ANY CHANGES WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW BOOKING.
