Cancellation and Deposit Policy
The Avalon Hotel
You must make any changes or cancellations with Quikbook up to three business days prior to arrival. Within two business days of arrival, you must cancel with the hotel directly or be subject to a 'no-show' charge equal to the first night room rate plus tax. This hotel requires cancellation by 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival.
PLEASE NOTE FOR THE DATES OF 02/16/13- 02/19/13, 02/23/13-2/26/13, 3/15/13-3/18/13, 3/22/13-3/25/13, 5/24/13-5/27/13, and 12/6/13-12/9/13 AND ANY RESERVATION INCLUDING THE DATE OF NEW YRS EVE 12/31/13 THE HOTEL REQUIRES ONE NIGHT NON REFUNADBLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND CANCELLATION OF 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ARRIVAL.
PLEASE NOTE- ALL PREPAY OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS ARE NON-CHANGEABLE, NON- CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED BY THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ANY CHANGES WILL BE TREATED AS A NEW BOOKING.
How to Cancel
- Go to the homepage of Quikbook.com, click "Change an Existing Reservation" and follow the instructions. (This option is only available if you made your reservation online.)
- Or call (800) 789-9887 and use our automated reservation service. During regular hours, you can talk to a Quikbook.com agent. To cancel by phone, you will need the Quikbook.com Reservation Number we send you.
- To be sure a reservation is completely cancelled, you MUST have a cancellation number from Quikbook.com or the hotel.
