The concierge, front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful. Our room was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, and the location is great--at the end of Ocean Drive. It was really a grand experience.

The Betsy is the most luxurious on Ocean Drive. Everything was perfect and the staff went out of their way to make you feel special. My husband brought me for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience.

As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere is very luxurious old-style and the room was lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was the best I enjoyed in South Beach. It's pricey, but so worth the stay!

Small rooms, and even smaller bathrooms, but good bar and restaurant, and a fantastic roof terrace, that very few people use.
