The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint is slow elevators. They should have an additional elevator or 2.

This hotel offered a very good experience with only two real drawbacks. The one-bedroom, two-bath suite was massive by New York standards, with fine amenities and good housekeeping. The property is very convenient to subways, theatre district and Midtown shopping. I would definitely stay there again if the price was as competitive as it was this trip. The only drawbacks were (1) slow and quirky elevators - you really have to use the service elevators about half the time - and (2) the call that came literally as soon as we walked into our suite wanting us to come to a presentation about buying a time-share unit, with a follow-up call the next day.

The location and room size cannot be beat. Everything we wanted to see was outside our front door. Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, etc. We found the room to be a bit dark and dated but clean so we had no complaints.

The room was well appointed with a lot of homey details. There was a lot of space to move around and it was very comfortable. I had seen mostly positive reviews so I took an chance and am glad I did. I felt there was good value for the money we paid.
