The location is unbeatable. Very good customer service. Rooms are small but very clean and there is noise from night club on lower floors. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Only two elevators and both were slow. Need to add ice machines, at least one on every other floor like most hotels. Despite those minor issues, I will happily stay at this hotel again.

Great lobby and check in area. The room was small but adequate. It should however have somewhere to hang your clothes and instaed of plastic glasses..real glass would be better.

There were no surprises! The rooms are small, clean,and modern. We asked to be on an upper floor to avoid any noise issues and were immediately accomodated. The desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we came up with. The Concierge booked dinner reservations for us at a fabulous nearby restaurant. The location is perfect for Times Square activities plus the subway station is on the corner so we got everywhere we needed to be easily. Great spot!

Great location, really nice staff, rather small rooms, but I enjoyed my stay with STAY and would stay with them again.

Very convenient but very small rooms, Comfortable beds and some rooms with closets and some without, Clean and quick for one or two nights ... otherwise the room gets smaller after that.

The Stay in NYC was fabulous and very convenient. The employees were friendly, efficient and courteous. The lobby and bar are a sight to behold. They offer a complimentary bar drink and there is a business room that has free internet access. The room was tiny, but had everything we needed. There is a deli next door that has wonderful sandwiches and beverages. So before you open the hotel refrigerator, go next door and save a heap of money. I would recommend this hotel to singles and couples.

we were a bit surprised about how small the room was but it was clean and comfortable and very close to times square. the big screen t.v. hooked my husband straight away . we wernt in our room very much and if we go to new york again we will book this hotel again may be a bigger room.

Room was tiny but if you are visiting NYC you shouldnt be hanging out in your hotel room anyway. The room was clean, staff friendly and overall atmosphere was good. Would definitely stay there again.
