This was our first time staying at The Strand Hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was always cheerful and ready to assist us, if needed. The room was clean and very up to date. We would definitely stay here again!

An enchanting place to stay! Superb bedding and towels, and the complimentary European breakfast was great. Absolutely everyone from front desk staff, to concierge to bellmen Ronnie and Carlos were all extremely pleasant, friendly, and willing to help in any way. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends and colleagues who visit.

Smallish but nicely decorated rooms. Rate included breakfast--unusual for New York. Great rooftop bar overlooks Empire State building. Very pleasant staff.

Lovely small boutique hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was small but comfortable. Only thing missing in the room was a full length mirror. Very impressive (included) breakfast was delicious. All in all, a very good stay...I would definitely return!

It was a first for me to stay in a NYC hotel during its initial week of operation. The staff at The Strand is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and bright. The continental breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I look forward to my next stay at The Strand!
