This is a nice hotel overall. It was a little tricky finding, since S. William splits right before you get to the hotel, but a little walk around the block put me right. The small side street behind the hotel was overtaken by outdoor seating from restaurants the weekend I stayed there, and I became concerned about possible noise at night. But I shouldn`t have worried, I heard very little sound at all from my upper floor room. I was given a free upgrade to a top floor (7th) room. Nice large room, nice bath (with a whirlpool!), sound conditioning windows, nice flat panel TV with large selection of DirectTV stations, small fridge (not stocked though). This part of town is very docile & quiet at night, which is one of the big reasons I chose this hotel & this location. I`ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring Lower Manhattan. It is within walking distance of many interesting sites including Federal Hall, Trinity Church, and Battery Park. It is also convenient to the subway. We stayed over a weekend and liked that it was relatively quiet during the weekend yet there were still plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself is very comfortable and tastefully and elegantly furnished. The staff was competent and friendly if not overly solicitous. The breakfast was very nice with delicious bagels, pastries and coffee, however, it is a very small breakfast room and fills up quickly. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This hotel is ideally placed for Wall Street with many subway stations close by. It is totally charming with comfortable rooms in a quiet cobbled stone street. There is a help-yourself breakfast in a small dining room. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, diners within walking distance. The staff are professional and helpful. They ordered an excellent car to take to me JFK at a very competitive rate.
