I loved everything about this hotel. Comfortable bed, good work station, nice bathroom amenities, good location. The staff was excellent. I was a little bit worried with a music club next door that there would be noise issues, but my room was very quiet. Floor to ceiling windows made room light and bright. Great stay.

Great hotel, great price. Definitely will be back. People were terrific, too. Views of East River are panoramic.

Front of House staff very helpful and friendly and the rooms are very tidy and well kept. I have stayed here three times now and will stay again - well done!

Great location, nice room, fabulous shower, comfy bed and we even had a balcony. Bathroom could use a hook on the back of the door for a towel or robe.

Hotel is in the perfect location, if you can get room 1711, it is the best.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, the decor was fabulous, and the rooftop bar, with views of the Empire State Building, was the perfect place to end my birthday celebration! An extremely positive experience-I would consider staying there again.

Room was a nice size by Manhattan standards. Service was impeccable. Fitness center was clean and had a good assortment of cardio equipment. Overall a very nice place to stay.

One of most beautiful new hotels in ultra-hip area of Lower East Side. Rooms really large, with spacious bathroom and incredible views of City. Huge flat panel TV and extremely comfortable bed. Half block from subway and surrounded by terrific restaurants and boutique shops of all descriptions.
